Good Morning & Happy Valentines Day! We had a fun morning at the Willems Home. We don’t normally do a ton for Valentines Day because we have two birthdays, and an anniversary in the same month, but this year with Olivia being almost 2, I wanted to do something a little more special.
First we headed over to the Rocklin Dutch Brothers Coffee and donated cans of food for their food drive. If you go over there today and donate 3 cans of food you get a free 16oz drink and these cute red bracelets.
Then we came home and made chocolate chip banana pancakes cooked into heart shapes for little Olivia. She has been obsessed with both heart and stars lately… which she pronounces “hawts” and “staws”. So stinking cute! While Jay was cooking the pancakes Olivia liked to stand on the kitchen stool we have and watch, and I took the brief moment of stillness to do a cute romantic toddler hairdo for her using some Frozen hair clips.
This afternoon we plan to make some special Valentines from Olivia to a handful of special people. I think I am more excited than she is. (I will be posting those photos later)
I hope all of you reading this know how special you and how deeply You are loved. More than you could ever know or imagine. “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” – John 3:16.
Don’t ever let the beauty of those words lose their impact.
I hope that no matter how your day goes today or who you are with that you remember this.
Happy Valentines Day! He is Love. <3
